Who we are

When you write to us
If you use the contact form or email us, we process your name, email address, company (if you give it) and your message. We use them only to reply to you and to discuss a possible cooperation.
- Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- How long: up to 2 years after our last contact. If we start working together, the data becomes part of our client records and is kept as long as the law requires.
- Giving us this data is voluntary, but without an email address we can’t reply.
When you visit the site
Our hosting provider automatically records technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the time of your visit in server logs. These are needed to run the site securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and are deleted after a short period.
Cookies
Only a necessary record of your cookie choice is stored without asking. Analytics and marketing cookies are used only if you agree in the cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via ; withdrawing does not affect what was done before.

Who receives your data
- Hostinger (website hosting and contact form)
- Google (Google Workspace email and, with your consent, Google Analytics)
- Meta Platforms Ireland and LinkedIn Ireland (only with your marketing consent)
Some of these providers may transfer data outside the EU, mainly to the USA. Such transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. We don’t sell your data and we don’t use it for automated decision-making.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict its processing, receive it in a portable format, and object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Just write to hello@clickwisedigital.com.
You can also complain to a data protection authority, for example the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz), the Polish President of the Personal Data Protection Office (uodo.gov.pl), or the authority in the country where you live.
